To view useful advice from Derbyshire County Council on reporting flooding emergencies please follow this link.

In addition to advice on emergencies the County Council is keen to know more about flooding and flood risk in Derbyshire and would appreciate residents’ help by reporting any previous flooding in Derbyshire that you've encountered. This will help them build up their knowledge of areas subject to flooding and flooding sources in the county.

They believe that there's no more valuable source of information on flooding than those who have witnessed and experienced it in their area first hand. This is why they're trying to build up a database of knowledge of historic flooding issues in our local community.

Affordable housing development for People of Breadsall, Little Eaton and Morley

East Midlands Homes want to let local people know about an  affordable housing development which may be of interest to them.

The site at Rectory Lane, Breadsall has planning permission, and the homes should be ready to let and for sale by Autumn.

There is a short consultation on a local lettings policy which gives priority to people with a local connection to the villages of Breadsall, Little Eaton and Morley.

Please note that the consultation period for the Local Lettings Policy ends on 7th July 2017
