PC Russell Crooks has been awarded the honorary title of Community Police Officer of the Year 2010 by the Chief Constable for Derbyshire Constabulary at an awards ceremony held on the 17th May, 2010 at Ripley Headquarters. PC Crooks said "It is a great honour to achieve this award and I would like to say thank you to everybody who nominated and supported me".
